Some Cold And Flu Myths And Why They Are False

Here is a fact to keep in mind.  You are probably going to get sick this winter, cold, flue, sinus infection (which I seem to have caught the black plague of sinus infections) and we have all heard the myths.  don't go outside in the cold without a coat or you'll catch cold, I got the flu from the flu vaccine, going out in the cold will make the cold symptoms worse, don't drink milk or eat ice cream when you have a cold.  A cold can turn in to the flu, etc  All false and the article linked below explains why these and other things people believe about the cold and flu are myths.
