LittleFlurry's Rants

LittleFlurry's Rants Dear Blogger,
Turned the air off today for the first time in ages. Then Tah-Dah! Allergies act up again so back to A/C. We went to Olive Garden today for our anniversary dinner. Nice. Haven't been there in ages. Had the Ravioli de Portobello. Very good.

For those out there into photography, a very good location near Peru, IL is the Peru boat ramps located taking 251 south and turn right on the first road south of the bridge. At the next road take a right over the 1 lane bridge. Along the edges of the river are many Blue Huron. They are fabulous to watch as they soar overhead from place to place and pick fish dinner out of the shallow spots. Another great location is west on 71 to Hennepin. In downtown Hennepin from late October to March, on the islands in the river are Bald Eagles. They are by far my favorite. They also like the Peru boat ramps area. South of Hennepin on 26 is the Hennepin Hopper Lakes. There is a tiny green sign marking the location on the right side of the road. I've seen owls, deer, raccoons, fox, and many eagles, huron, pelicans (American White Pelicans are one of the largest birds in North America), hawks and song birds. It's a great place to watch wildlife and take photos. More here http://www.pbase.com/littleflurry

LittleFlurry's Rants, Call 1-206-666-ABCD to leave us a message

Hello. My name is LittleFlurry kinda like the ice cream treat....after a long day at work, I feel the need to share some phone call stories. I work in customer service on the phones in a call center. After many years doing this I have realized most people are too lazy to read or fail to see things they just don't want to see. Like shipping fees, rules, times for shipping, how much the price of an item was, how to return something, etc. I have realized that the most patient, kind and relaxed customers are the ones I go above and beyond the call of duty to help. The angry, pissed off, nasty, pushy person is the person least to get what he or she wants. Podcasts of my calls/stories will follow soon.
