I guess MLB game day audio is available for PC's it is just hard to find on the website

Posted by Zman

An update to my post from yesterday where I siad that it appeared that MLB Gameday Audio was not available for PC's this year. Well I found out that indeed it is available but it is harder to find on the MLB website. Used to be on the top menu bar5 there was a section called audio and video. Well n ow that section is just called video. No listing for Gameday audio on the home page. In order to find the game say audio for pc's you have to go to the scoreboard and click the listen bar on the top of the score for each game. I was able to buy it there. Seems a little dumb to make people have to hunt for it like that. So indeed it is available for PC's and mac's you jut have to hunt for it.

MLB Game Day Audio Apparently not available for PC's this season

Posted by Zman

With Baseball season approaching I was logging on to MLB dot com to by the MLB Game Day Audio Package for my computer. I found out that this season it is only available for mobile devices. Not sure who'd bright idea that was but it is pretty stupid. Those of us who are unable to operate a smart phone due to lack of eye sight are getting left out and that seems a little unfair. Some of us also cannot afford the video package but can easily afford the 19 dollars for the audio package.

Plus those people who listen from work on their desk tops will not be able to listen to the games now without running the battery low on their phone. I just think Major League Baseball made a big mistake by not making the MLB game day audio package available for P C users this season. Hopefully somebody with half a brain will re think that move.

Some in Iowa want to vote for discrimination

posted by Z-man

There is a bill in the Iowa House to repeal civil unions and same sex marriage. Here's one young mans response to this bill on the floor of the Iowa House.

Zach Wahls, a 19-year-old University of Iowa student spoke about the strength of his family during a public forum on House Joint Resolution 6 in the Iowa House of Representatives. Wahls has two mothers, and came to oppose House Joint Resolution 6 which would end civil unions in Iowa.

I'm very proud of this young man. His moms must be very proud. I just don't get why some people want to vote for discrimination. All Americans gay or straight deserve the same rights and that includes marriage. Marriage is a civil right. You can go down to the court house and get married without even involving a church. If Steve Marrying Al or Susan marrying Alice bothers you that much than YOU have the problem. Contrary to what the far right wants you to velieve same sex marriage will not in anyway effect the institution of marriage. In the countries and states that have same sex marriage and civil unions there is not proof of any negative effects on marriage. Yet the far right keeps spreading their miss information. I guess they figure if they say it enough times it will become true. Sorry, does not work that way. This is one of the many reasons church and state need to be separate. So discriminatory legislation such as this does not even come up.
