Stop being rude and verbal abusing others, my rant
Working in customer service day after day really works on a person's emotions. So today, try to be kind to those messengers on the phones.....

Oh my Gosh - I listened to this rant last night. Insanity - You all should be allowed to have follow up with that guy. Like a cop at his door handing him papers saying he's being sued for verbally abusing someone.
One time I told this guy - "Look, I'm not your wife so it's not okay for you to talk to me like that"
It stinks that you have to deal with Turds like that.
