It is sad enough when people use their religion to spread hate. It is even worse when they have a child do it. Especially one who is too young to understand what they are singing about. Pure brain washing. Any god that would condone this kind of activity is not a god I'd choose to believe in. People who use religion to spread hate are the worst kind of biggots

Pet Population
Four million cats and dogs—about one every eight seconds—are put down in U.S. shelters each year. Often these animals are the offspring of cherished family pets. Spay/neuter is a proven way to reduce pet overpopulation, ensuring that every pet has a family to love them.
Many cats and dogs who die as a result of pet overpopulation could have made wonderful pets.
A solution is possible and starts with each of us taking one small step: getting our own pets spayed or neutered. To help stop pet overpopulation further, consider adopting your next pet from an animal shelter.

Ottawan Chris Strobel
Today I write sadly that a person from my home town has been missing a week. He was found deceased this morning on the north side of the Illinois river in Ottawa IL. A graduate of Marquette High School. Our hope, peace and prayers are with his family and friends.
